GRUPO SEQUÓIA SOLUÇÕES LOGÍSTICA, was created in June 2010, by two experienced executives to provide integrated logistic solutions – fullfilment and distribution – mainly for e-commerce companies.
COMPLETA LOGÍSTICA INTELIGENTE offers flexible fullfilment solutions – including receiving, warehousing, picking, packing and billing, – with service levels based on the specific need of each client.
DELIVERA DISTRIBUIÇÃO EXPRESSA E PROMOCIONAL offers a a complete set of solutions for the delivery of goods for industries, commerce and mainly e-commerce.
In order to support its growth plan the company required additional capital for investments in technology, automated systems and working capital. The challenge consisted of raising equity for a start-up logistics company, in its first year of operation, with a negative EBITDA.
We were retained to raise the required funds, and attract a minority partner for the company.
The assignment included:
- Review the business plan and prepare information materials
- Identify potential investors
- Develop a negotiation strategy
- Conduct the negotiations with potential investors
- Support the company in the negotiation of contracts
In a very short time we were able to raise the funds required for growth, with in attractive valuation, preserving control in the hands of the founders.
In 2020 Sequoia went public.
